Return steps
Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):
1. The customer must contact us by email wholesaledojewelry@hotmail.com within 3 days on the receipt of order and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address ).
2. Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.
3. After comfirmation, we will send you all instructions, address and relevant information for the item to be sent back to us.
4. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund and exchange item must be sent back no later than 5 business days from the day our confirmation email sent.
5. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.

 

Return specification

1 . Returns or exchanges received by dojewelry.net after required period or without a return confirmation mail will not be accepted.
2 . dojewelry.net must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer.
3 . The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to dojewelry.net.
4 . All returns not accepted by dojewelry.net will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense
